At Silver Lining Jewelry, we prioritize quality over speed.

Ready-to-Ship
Accessories and in-stock jewelry ship within 2–3 business days.

Made-to-Order
Handcrafted jewelry pieces (including custom sizes)
require a lead time of 3–4 weeks for forging and stone-setting before shipment.

Carrier
We ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS from our Lexington, MA studio.
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your piece is en route.

Complimentary Shipping
We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all domestic orders over $150.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Our Commitment We want you to feel a deep connection with your Silver Lining piece. If your selection
isn’t quite right, we are here to help.

Return Window
We accept returns (on non-custom items)
for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Condition
Items must be unworn, in their original "exhibition" condition,
and in the original Silver Lining packaging.

Exclusions
Due to their custom nature, Made-to-Order jewelry
and Personalized/Engraved pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.

Process
Returns must be made via mail. To initiate a return,
please contact us via our Contact Us Form.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Items must be in their original packaging and initiated within 14 days of receipt.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return parcels.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods.
We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order,
and you will not incur any fees for such.

Repair & Re-Plating Policy

We offer complimentary repairs for any manufacturing defects within 6 months of purchase.

Life-Long Care
Jewelry is meant to be lived in. If your piece needs a refresh after years of love:

Sterling Silver Polishing
We offer professional ultrasonic cleaning
and high-shine polishing for a nominal fee.

Gold Re-Plating
To keep your 18K Gold Plated pieces looking vibrant,
we offer a re-plating service for $45 per item. This includes a deep clean and a fresh,
heavy layer of gold to restore its original luster.

Repairs
For accidental damage (broken chains, stone loss), please contact us for a quote.
